Perini Building Co. has been selected by Donald Trump and partner Phil Ruffin to build their $370 million Trump International Hotel & Tower in Las Vegas.

"To be associated with a Trump project is a great opportunity for any company," said Dick Rizzo, chairman of Perini Building Co. "Our first experience working with Trump was in 1990 when Perini was brought on board to complete the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City."

The hotel and tower site is on the rear of Ruffin’s New Frontier property.

According to sources at Trump Las Vegas sales offices, 100 percent of the condominium units in the tower have been reserved. Prices range from $600,000 to $6 million.

Like Trump’s property’s in Atlantic City, the entire project is designed for opulence, including the exterior that will be clad in 24-carat gold glass. When complete, the tower will stand 640 feet tall with 64 stories, making it the highest structure in Las Vegas.
