Tuesday, Jan. 9

Pittsburgh at Boston: The Penguins suffered their first loss with Lemieux in the line up last Friday at the hands of lowly Montreal. The Bruins have beaten Pittsburgh twice already this season, however, that was without Super Mario. Take Pittsburgh at the Fleetcenter. Predicted score: Pittsburgh 4-2.

Wednesday, Jan. 10

Dallas at Atlanta: The Stars are playing their fourth road game in seven nights. They would like nothing better than to finish this road trip with a victory at the hands of the Thrashers. The Stars 8-3-1 vs Eastern opponents. Predicted score: Dallas 5-3.

Thursday, Jan. 11

St. Louis at San Jose: This is a great match-up pitting these two divisional leaders against one another. They have only played each other one time this season, and that was in the first game of the year for both. St. Louis won that game 4-1. The Sharks will look to take a bite out of the Blues to avenge that loss. Predicted score: San Jose 4-2.

Friday, Jan. 12

NY Islanders at Pittsburgh: The Penguins return home after a brief two game road trip. They now take on the Islanders in back-to-back games. The Mario fans will pack Mellon Arena to charge up the Pens. Predicted score: Pittsburgh 5-2.

Saturday, Jan. 13

Atlanta at Washington: This is an important contest as far as the Southeast Conference is concerned. They are each 1-1-2 against one another, but Washington leads the division and would like to open it up over the Thrashers. Predicted score: Washington 4-2.
