Rampart’s upscale Carmel Room, in addition to its regular menu will also be hosting a special menu for St. Patrick’s Day. One of the featured entrees will be corned beef filet mignon served with steamed Irish potatoes in au jus, fresh Brussels sprouts and horseradish béarnaise sauce for $32.

Las Vegas’ most famous Irish-themed casino-hotel, Fitzgeralds, will team up with the Fremont Street Experience for free concerts on the 3rd Street Stage on Friday, March 17 starting at 2 p.m. with various Irish bands, and then at 8 p.m., Tempest takes the stage. From 2 p.m. to 5 p.m., Fitzgeralds will sponsor several contests including the Lucky Leprechaun Look-alike Contest, the Green Jello-eating Contest and the Jig-off Marathon Dance Contest. Winners take home a "Fitz Suite Deal" which includes two nights in a luxurious suite and dinner for two in Limerick’s Steakhouse.

There will also be plenty of ice-cold green beer and juicy corned beef sandwiches to go along with the great music and fun contests. The Fitz will also be presenting an Irish seafood buffet.
