With all due respect to Mike Sexton, the World Poker Tour will spice up their telecasts with the addition of Sabina as its newest host. Set to light up the screen in Season V, Sabina’s selfless personality and intelligence will keep viewers intrigued beyond just her "pretty face."

"We chose Sabina from hundreds of applicants," said WPT creator and CEO Steve Lipscomb. "She joins us as an exciting, fresh, new face as the World Poker Tour debuts a new set, look and feel in Season V. She emerged as the right fit because of the star qualities she naturally exhibits. Her charisma stood out from all the other candidates."

Sabina, who was born in Massachusetts, devotes much of her free time to those who are less fortunate. She regularly dances at nursing homes and at children’s hospitals. She also participates in fundraising efforts for the American Cancer Society, AIDS Foundation, American Red Cross and Coats for Kids.

A natural performer, Sabina has been dancing (ballet, modern, and jazz) since she was three. Before moving to New York, she danced at the New England Dance Conservatory. Now in Gotham, she takes ballet and hip-hop at Broadway Dance Center and is involved in a dance company called T.A.D.A.H. — an acronym for "tap, acting, dance and hip-hop."

Above and beyond her studies in the arts, Sabina attends Fordham University in New York City. She is currently majoring in International Business, with a minor in Communications. She hopes to graduate in December 2006.

A consummate student, Sabina is diving into her role as WPT host whole-heartedly. She has attended WPT Boot Camp and studied the game of poker.

"This world of poker is so interesting to me; I want to learn everything I can about it," she said. "When interviewing players, I want to have their respect and show that I am someone who understands and is eager to learn about the game they love."
