DOC’S GIRL — Was allowed to settle back early and came wide for the drive when finding best stride, but was blocked and forced to alter course and still finished strong.

SWEET EQUITY — Broke maiden in easy fashion while under a hand ride. Will now be racing for new connections while taking on winners for the first time.

KARAKORUM’S LISA — Overcame a tough trip in last and still finished third. She was bumped in the first turn and stumbled, almost losing her rider, was four wide thereafter and still rallied. Should graduate next time with clean trip.


RE BOOK — Broke slowly and was unhurried early before finding his best stride. Rallied to finish third.

ENGLAND’S LEGEND — This French invader was off slow and was wide for the drive to finish strong. Play her back on the turf if Santos stays aboard.

JOHN’S RUCKUS — Broke out and bumped at the start, to start far back and lose all chance. Toss out last race and play back with Velez.


CASCADIA — Was allowed to settle back early. When asked, made four wide bid on far turn but hung at the wire. Play back if Baze stays aboard for new connections.

EXPRESS OVERNIGHT — Settled back early before finding his best stride to rally three wide on turn. Dueled to the wire and was outfinished. Now switches to the Bobby Martin Barn.

DINO’S DECISION — Dino Bongi’s Maiden was bumped at the start, was off very slow, and trailed early before finding his best stride and finished strong. Tab to graduate next time.


PENNY VIDEO — Stalked the pace while racing between horse. Went two wide on turn and four wide into the stretch to finish evenly.

REINE DE ROMANCE — Irish-bred filly was pulled back early, made three wide bid and finished strong to the wire. Should graduate soon. Best suited for the turf.

INDIGO MYTH — Broke slowly and trailed until far turn when he found his best stride, but had to check at the ¼ pole. Still finished strong. Tab this one back on the turf.
