G-sting, a possibility

What a wild and crazy week it figures to be in the Wild West with the LA Clippers in huge games with New Orleans and the rival Lakers.

The X-factor could be Golden State, with all that offense. Don Nelson has struck gold in the backcourt with Baron Davis and exciting second-year guard Monta Ellis. Jason Richardson is finally healthy. The back door to No. 8 could be open to the Warriors.

TUESDAY (GT estimated odds)

Kings +2½ at Grizzlies: Kinsey continues to be brilliant for the Grizzlies. Sacramento has lot of issues, all bad. GRIZZLIES.

Clippers +2 at Hornets: Must win for each side, especially New Orleans/Okie City. Clips must not look ahead to Lakers. HORNETS.

Nuggets +5 at Jazz: Denver needs deliver a calling card on Utah. The Nuggets are playing the better ball. NUGGETS.

Kings +12 at Spurs: No way we’re taking the Kings in this spot. San Antonio is on cruise control and covering. SPURS.

Clippers +2½ at Lakers: The Clips won at Staples last week. This rematch means so much more. We’re riding that Clipper ship. If Kaman comes to play, he’ll be the difference. CLIPPERS.

Bobcats +5 at Bucks: Charlotte is playing with some pride and inspiration. Bucks are playing with themselves. BOBCATS.
