The culinary talents of Master Chef Gustav Mauler are blended with the unique design of award-winning architect Paul Steelman in Oxo, a different kind of steakhouse and lounge at the Regent Las Vegas.

Oxo’s menu features an affordable combination of superbly prepared steak and fresh seafood done with Mauler’s signature creativity. Menu highlights include wood-oven baked jumbo shrimp with a Creole Blanc, peppered seared ahi tuna mignon served with a smoked tomato vinaigrette and mocha macadamia nut tart accompanied by macadamia nut ice cream.

But it’s more than Mauler’s take on traditional steak and seafood that sets Oxo apart from the typical steakhouse. Utilizing vibrant colors, a bright and open atmosphere and a multi-media ambiance, architect Steelman has created a completely unique environment.

A focal point of the restaurant is the Bar at Oxo, a separate area that features an oversize bar, signature drinks, a tropical patio and more. One of the American Culinary Federation’s 54 Certified Master Chefs, Gustav is also a Distinguished Visiting Chef and received an Honorary Doctorate from the Johnson and Wales University. Mauler’s Italian restaurant Spiedini and Gourmet Cigar Bar are also inside The Regent.
