Palace Station victim of card-cheating ring

Palace Station in Las Vegas is among the 18 casinos that were the target of a sprawling cheating ring that scammed millions of dollars from gambling halls in North America.

   Federal authorities indicted 19 individuals in connection with the operation, which focused on the games of blackjack and mini-baccarat in a “false shuffle” scam.

   The targeted casinos were in California, Mississippi, Louisiana, Indiana, Connecticut, Ontario and the sole Nevada casino, Palace Station.
