Golden Gaming taps David Teague

Golden Gaming, which operates the Golden Casino Group, Golden Tavern and Golden Route Operations, has named David Teague as vice president of development technology.

In his new post, Teague will oversee the strategic direction, objectives and procedures of all aspects relating to the company’s player tracking and gaming management systems. This includes the Golden Rewards systems in the 44 taverns as well as in the three casinos located in Black Hawk, Colorado and Club Nugget in Pahrump.

Prior to joining Golden Gaming, Teague was the director of international IT integration and project management consultant for Harrah’s Entertainment. Prior to that he served as vice president of software engineering and services at Mariposa software.

Yale Rowe takes Silverton GM post

Silverton Casino Lodge has appointed Yale Rowe as vice president and general manager. In his position, Rowe will oversee all executive tasks and decisions at Silverton Casino Lodge, and is responsible for efficiently and effectively managing the gaming facility so that the casino is profitable and professionally operated.

Prior to joining Silverton, Rowe served as vice president of operations at Paragon Gaming, where he was responsible for multiple projects in various states of development, as well as coaching, recruiting and motivating staff. He previously served as vice president of marketing at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, among other casino positions.

Jennifer Dunne lands Wynn PR post

Wynn Resorts has announced that Jennifer Dunne has assumed the position of vice president of public relations and advertising for Wynn Resorts. In her post she will be responsible for overseeing all the advertising, publicity and creative services for Wynn Resorts and its subsidiaries.

Dunne, who joined Wynn Resorts last July as vice president of entertainment marketing and sales, was formerly head of marketing for Cirque du Soleil’s Resident Show’s Division.
