Garbage Salad ingredients include: chopped iceberg lettuce, cubed white cheddar, calamata olives, brunoise tomato, quartered artichoke hearts, quartered marinated mushrooms, batonnettes of roasted pepper, chopped onion, garbanzo beans, batonnettes of Genoa salami, sliced and halved cucumber and lemon vinaigrette dressing.
