Yesterday’s results

At Hollywood we won the first three races with the early double paying $70.20 for two bucks and the early pick three paying $165 for two bucks. We ran second in race four and our play got scratched out in race five. It was bombs away in race six and seventh and we blew in those two races but hit the last two including our key play in the ninth race. At the Gate we will have another pick six carryover that we will try hit today, as for Sunday we lost race one but hit the tri in race two for $90 for a two dollar bet. We lost race three but hit races four and five with the rolling double paying $48. We got nosed with our key play in race six, we were nowhere in race seven and ran second and third in the eighth and had the winner in race nine.

Race 1

It is one of four in here and we will use all four in the early double and also make a key Q in race one keying No. 5, Rudeameanie, who looks set for his best in this his second start off the layoff. We will use No. 4, Bad Boy, No. 6, Hurry Up Austin and No. 7 Black Astor.

We will use two in this the second leg of the double, No. 5, Excess Temptations, who drops into an action spot by unlucky trainer Howard Zuker and No. 7, Wilburs Mr. Ed, who looks set for a winning run, second off the Hollendorfer claim. 5-7

$2 double

Race 3

Trainer Clement ships in the very tough No. 4, Rutherienne, she will be very hard to beat. 4

Race 4

No. 6, Mostacolli Mort, received a horrible ride in his last by Tyler Baze and now gets the services of Bejarano, this one looks like a single and a short price winner, we will single in a Pick Three. 6

Race 5

No. 1, More Humor, and No. 6, Concerto’s Thunder, both exit the same very fast maiden race won by Usurp and they look one two in here. 1-6

10¢ superfecta box 1-3-7-8-10 for $12

Race 8

No. 6, Tangled Tango, appears set for another top effort and this guy has run his race every time. No. 7, Chestnut Touch, has a great jockey/trainer combo and will give Tango a run for his money. 6-7

Race 9

Mike Mitchell has really made a superstar out of No. 3, Ever a Friend, after claiming him for $62,500 and turned him into a GR1 winner and here he is in another GR1, the Shoemaker Mile. 3

Race 10

Talk about a hard luck horse, No. 10, Turkish Victory, has had the win snatched from him in his last two starts getting bobbed by a nostril in both. No. 13, Orientation Hall, has the looks of a horse sitting on the maiden breaker and this is a great post to get the job done. 10-13

Race 5

With the big Pick Six carryover starting in this race we will take our best shot and try and put together a cheap ticket and big hit, in this race we will use key on No. 5, a Peter Miller Hollywood shipper with some speed that drops to the bottom of the claiming ranks, and No. 6, Kissed by Class, who is a combacker also dropping to the bottom. 5-6

No. 4, Royal Classic, shows two wins on the synthetic surface and is dropped off the Hess claim looking for a quick return on his $5k investment. No. 5, Dr. Einstein, seems to have found a home at this level and will get another good stalking trip by jockey Landros. He is 0-6 on the synthetic surfaces but those race where for much higher claiming prices. No. 6, Lucky Wise Guy, is very interesting and will be a price, he goes from turf to synthetic off the claim and drop in class but his trainer is a cool 25% with this move, Wise Guy has speed and will try and take them wire to wire. 4-5-6
