Italy (PK, -135, 2u -145) vs. France (11:45 a.m. ESPN/ESPN Deportes): Both of these teams have been a major disappointment, to say the least, in this soccer tournament, with both scoring just one goal so far in Euro 2008 while allowing four goals. This game may just matter in terms of advancing to the quarterfinals but the teams will have to count on Romania toppling Netherlands in todays other match.

With so much at stake, and the outcome likely coming down to something very trivial or random, lets stay away from picking a side in this toss-up and grab the UNDER at 2. This game could go awhile without a score and having the extra in the total leaves room for a win with a 1-1 or 2-0 final. UNDER 2.

Romania (- +115, 2u -120) vs. Netherlands (+ -135) (11:45 a.m., ESPN Classic):

So maybe Nadia Comaneci isnt the only star athlete from Romania Ranked No. 6 by Fifa, Romania has handled itself admirably so far in Euro 2008, tying both the French (7-1 opening odds, Palms) and the Italians (5-2 odds). The problem though, a real lack of offense as Romania scored just once in those two ties.

Respect the fact that the oddsmakers have made Romania the favorite here as Netherlands has already qualified for the quarters but this Netherlands team has been great so far both offensively and defensively, averaging 2.5 GPG on offense while allowing just 0.5 GPG. Not going to fade this group from the Netherlands, including goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar, who wont want a loss to cut into its momentum in this prestigious tournament. Predicted final: Netherlands 2, Romania 0. NETHERLANDS +, -135, UNDER 2.
