Yesterday’s results

At Hollywood Park we lost race one but our single won race two; we lost the third and fourth. Our key win and place bets in race five ran second and paid $5.60 to place. In race six, we ran one-two-three with the $2 tri paying $175.40. We ran first and second in race seven; we won race eight and had the $29.80 winner in race nine with the late pick four paying $361.20 for a buck if you happen to hook them all together. At Pleasanton, we lost race three, ran first and second in race four, and our key play was a scratch in race five. Our key play HTW in race six ran third. We ran first and second in race seven, we lost race eight and ran first and second in race nine. We lost the next two and had a winner in the last race.

PLEASANTON

Race 3

No. 1, Happy Celyna, is in from Hollywood and shows up here in the Steve Sherman barn for super owner Bob Bone with Russle the mussel in the irons. No. 4, Ole Cheryl, takes a big drop for Hollendorfer off a very long layoff. She is an 8yo mare who was a win machine in her younger days. 1-4

Race 4

No. 2, Awesome Feat, just missed last time out in a troubled trip, she exits the same race as No. 3, Star Protocol, and No. 5, Geribeca. Let’s make a tri and exacta box and make a flat bet on Feat. 2-3-5

Key Play

$4 exacta box 2-3-5 for $24

$1 tri box 2-3-5 for $6

$15 win on No. 2 for $15

Race 5

No. 2, Honor Your Wager, comes off a big win, a race where the third place finisher came back and won, he looks primed and ready for another score. 2

Key Play

$30 win on No. 2 for $30

Race 6

No. 4, Silic’s Kid, was last seen running against the likes of TwoStepSalsa back in January; he looks mighty dangerous in here. No. 7, High Solids, has been right there several times and may have found his friends. No. 9, Fortunate Child, is a first time starter out of the Miyadi barn with good works, he looks ready to roll. No. 10, Royal Robert, ran some good races last year but was a big time hanger, he may do better in here and looks like part of the trifecta. 4-7-9-10

Key Play

$1 tri box 4-7-9-10 for $24

Race 7

This is a very ugly race. No. 5, We Love L.A., ran her best race when winning on this course last year, she could wake up today. No. 2, Look Who’s Cooking, looks well placed off the maiden breaker. No. 4, Icing, also looks placed correctly off her last score. 2-4-5

Race 8

No. 3, Sonic Comic, was last seen in March running a big race against Warrens Scooter who came back to score again. He now shows up here, something must have went awry. No. 6, Ilikeitalot, comes off a huge score and two horses in back of him that day have already come back to win, he is the one to beat. 3-6
