Rockies -175 vs Marlins (10)

Florida is 7 games better than Colorado in the NL standings, but you would never know it off recent play. The Marlins have dropped four of their last five games, including the first three at Coors. Colorado has won five in a row, averaging nearly 10 runs per game. No team is hitting the ball better right now than the Rocks, who scored 18 and 12 runs the previous two nights. The incredible 18-17 win Friday night when the Rockies overcame a nine-run deficit may have kick-started the defending NL champs, who had been 19 games under .500 before the streak.

Colorado should be in good shape with ace Aaron Cook on the mound. The Rockies are 12-6 in his starts, including a 4-0 victory at home over San Diego in his last outing. Meanwhile the Marlins have lost the last five times 6-foot-9 lefty Mark Hendrickson has pitched. The projected total of 10 is the lowest of the four-game series (11, 11, 12 the previous three). Sounds like a parlay. ROCKIES / OVER.
