The Barbecue menu at the Frisco Market Buffet features BBQ brisket, pork steamship, beef short ribs, St. Louis pork ribs, Southern BBQ chicken, smoked and pulled pork, catfish, Texas chili, Jambalaya, bratwurst with sauerkraut, and fresh boiled crawfish. Side dishes include hush puppies, BBQ baked beans, corn on the cob, and macaroni and cheese.
