Red Sox -115 vs Angels (9)

It’s not "2 For Tuesday," but that doesn’t mean we aren’t fond of this pick. The LA Angels have made it a point to send a message to Boston after being eliminated by the Red Sox from the playoffs last year. The Angels are 6-1 against the Res Sox this season, including 3-1 at Fenway. That’s especially impressive since Boston has the second best home record in the AL at 37-14. The Angels have won John Lackey’s last three starts, scoring 36 runs in the victories. Overall, LA is 10-3 with its ace on the hill.

On the other side, the Res Sox are just 3-8 behind Clay Buchholz, who has spent some time between Boston and Pawtucket. The Red Sox are only 1-3 on the current homestand and possibly a bit distracted by all the Manny Ramirez turmoil. LA has the best record in baseball and K-Rod to seal the deal. ANGELS.
