Trump Hotels & Casinos, in its annual proxy statement, is asking shareholders to re-elect the four existing directors at its June 12 meeting.
The four existing directors are: Chairman and CEO Donald Trump, and outsiders Wallace Askins, Peter Ryan and Don Thomas. All have been directors for six years, when the company was created.
The company also is not replacing the directorship held by former CEO Nicholas Ribis, who still owes the company $800,000 from a $1.9 million loan issued when he left Trump last June. His balance is owed by July 11.
