On the Cheap by H Scot Krause | The legendary House of Lords Steak House at the Sahara Hotel and Casino is challenging the belief that Vegas fine dining has to break the bank.

The Sahara now offers a special "$75 Dusk and Dark Dinner for Two" which includes a first course, a main course and dessert. The first course is a choice of organic green salad or sweet lobster corn chowder. Then guests can select a main course from prime cut top sirloin, grilled chicken breast, blackened mahi-mahi or smoked chicken orecchiette.

Included with the main course: Yukon gold mashed potato and seasonal vegetables with a saffron yellow tomato sauce. For dessert, choose from mini citrus cheesecake or vanilla bean ice cream served with seasonal berries.

The Dusk and Dark Dinner for Two is available 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. to close.

If you choose this special menu from now through Sept. 30, you will be entered to win two tickets to the Sahara’s brand new show "Raw Talent Live." Reservations are recommended, and may be made by calling 702-737-2111.
