No. 5 Plan for Fun exits our HTW list and is a recent claim back by trainer Jeff Mullins, he has him placed in this claim proof starter handicap race, Jeff is hitting at .30% first off the claim. No. 9 Smoocher also looks live in this spot for the tandem of Bone/Mitchell.
