Kansas +2 at Nebraska (62)
There has been a major line switch in this Big 12 matchup with visiting Kansas opening as a 2-point favorite and now a 2-point underdog approaching kickoff. Here’s a stat for astrologers. Kansas is 6-8-1 in games played on Nov. 8, but three of those wins came against Nebraska. Also a lot has been made of the revenge factor for Nebraska, which gave up 76 points to KU last year. However, Kansas has lost 19 straight games in Lincoln dating back to 1968.
One thing is for certain – points won’t be scarce. Kansas has scored at least 29 eight times in nine games, while Nebraska has put up 28 or more all but once. The weather in Lincoln should be all right with the expected temperature at kickoff 36 degrees under cloudy skies. A brisk wind of 21 mph could affect field goal kicking, but these teams will be scoring touchdowns. OVER.
