My wife Carol knows I sure do like the fresh air and rain up at the Wildhorse Casino in Pendleton, Oregon.

For the past several days our daughter OK-Sarah and us have been playing in the annual Fall Poker Roundup. I sure was proud to see Carol finished at the final table of "The Seniors World Championship of Poker/Poker Players Hall of Fame Tournament."

I was lucky and finished in the money in the shootout event and am still looking forward to playing in several more events. All of the poker players had a great time at "The Seniors" WCOP/HOF where Dr. Peter Fisher was inducted as the newest member of "The Seniors Poker Players Hall of Fame."

Fisher was introduced to the players by his daughter Jan, who told us all about Peter’s life filled with good works in the medical world and the poker world.

I have requested the Trail Boss, Roland Waters to give you fine folks a summary of the past, the present tournament and the future that he has planned for the world famous Poker Roundup that he has created here at the Wildhorse.

Thanks to Roland and his staff at the Wildhorse for doing a wonderful job of hosting the Poker Roundup. Next week I will give a final report of the $1,000 buy-in No Limit Hold’em Poker Championship event where there will be over 600 poker players.

An additional $10,000 extra money was put in the prize pool so my guess is that the total cash prize pot will exceed $600,000 with first place to be well over $100,000.
Until next time remember to Stay Lucky!!
