Station Casinos in Las Vegas announced in late November that it had completed the final stages of a multi-million dollar renovation to its Boulder Station property in Las Vegas.
Over the past year, design and construction teams have worked throughout the property to transform three of the casino’s most popular restaurants -- including the Feast Buffet, the Broiler and the Café. Boulder Station’s bingo hall, poker room and gaming floor were also all refurbished.
"Boulder Station has been the premier locals’ entertainment destination along the Boulder Strip since 1994. Our guests always appreciate the great value and service they receive, but it’s equally important to keep our property fresh and exciting and that’s exactly what this renovation accomplishes," said Don Richardson, general manager of Boulder Station. "We are so excited to show off the 'new and improved' Boulder Station to our guests."
The Feast Buffet reopened with greater value and a new design on the classic Station Casinos buffet. The Feast Buffet offers freshly prepared food made to order, an authentic pizza oven, live action cooking stations and carving stations. The new menu includes items such as made-to-order omelets and fresh carved honey glazed bone-in ham for breakfast, oven roasted bone-in turkey for lunch, a pasta station with a variety of sauces and pastas prepared to guests desires available at both lunch and dinner, and a carving station with roast beef for dinner.
In addition to the Feast Buffet reopening, The Broiler re-opened on Monday, Nov. 24, offering guests the freshest steak and seafood and in December, the Pasta Palace will reopen offering fantastic value and quality Italian fare. The 24-hour Café reopened in May.
The Railhead, Station Casinos first intimate concert venue, also recently reopened in mid-November after being freshened up and has launched a great entertainment lineup including a show by Brian Culbertson and others performing "A Soulful Christmas" on Dec. 12.
The finishing touches of the major renovation included a newly designed poker room, a refurbished bingo parlor, a new slot floor layout including 200 new slot/video poker machines and all new flat screen TVs throughout the race & sports book. In addition to all these gaming and dining renovations, the casino also refurbished all of its hotel tower corridors.
