Las Vegas Jazz Festival heats up Fremont Street

Las Vegas’ largest and swingin’est Jazz festival takes place Friday through Sunday. The Fremont Street Experience presents the Las Vegas Jazz Festival featuring 25 bands performing on 10 stages for three full days; 220 live performances in all. This festival is produced with assistance from the Sacramento Traditional Jazz Society.

Celebrate the first 50 years of Jazz (1895-1945) with bands from all over the world. Jazz styles include traditional, blues, gospel, western swing, Latin Jazz, swing and Cajun Zydeco. Enjoy five city blocks swingin’ all weekend long under the 2 million lights of the Fremont Street Experience light and sound show canopy.

The entertainment lineup includes the 10th Avenue Jazz Band, Big Band Trio & Jumpin Jazz Band, Big Tiny Little & The Show Band, Dick Johnson’s Mardi Gras Jazz Band, Fulton Street Jazz Band, Gator Beat, Igor’s Jazz Cowboys, Jazz Incredibles, Leningrad Jazz Band, Mick Martin & The Blues Rockers, Paco Gatsby, Reynolds Brothers Rhythm Rascals, Stan Mark & His Sin Sity Suitz, The Boondockers, Yve Evans & Company and many more.

Bands perform on five indoor and five outdoor stages Friday, June 1 from 3 p.m. until 11:30 p.m., Saturday, June 2 from 10 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. and Sunday, June 3 from 10 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Stage locations are sponsored by the resorts located at the Fremont Street Experience. All stages are within easy walking distance.

Single day tickets are $10 per day or $25 for a three-day festival pass.
