SANTA ANITA

Race 1

There could be a good speed battle in this race with No. 1 Singita, No. 2 At Your Service and No. 3 Elegant Miss all wanting the front end, if Bejarano can get No. 5 Legs Eleven to relax behind the hot pace he could pounce and win. 5

No. 6 Kicken Vixen is a first time starter out of the red hot Julio Canani barn who has won with five of ten starters at the meet; she is a 4yo so there must have been some problems and she will have to be mighty good in order to handle No. 9 Lavender Touch who exits our HTW list, if lavender breaks she wins, if not the pick six carryover is up for grabs as we will be singling this girl. No. 2 Sweetpea exits the same race as Lavender, No. 7 Dish The Dirt looks to be the speed and No. 10 More Than Music ran good in her one and only start. 9**-2-6-7-10

GOLDEN GATE FIELDS

Race 1

This race looks real chalky with No. 4 Rule the Storm and No. 6 Princess Hiawatha after that it could be any one.

Key Play

Race 4

This race is very ugly, No. 3 Quan’s Girl gets Baze back and may have a pace advantage on the front end today as there is very little speed in here. No. 7 Ptown Dixie is a very interesting filly, she broke her maiden on this course last June but since has been on the road and has had little luck but she shows back here for trainer Morey and is 20/1 on the morning line, we will take a shot. 3-7

Key Play

$2 exacta box 3-7

$6 win and place 7 for $12

Race 5

No. 1 Stevie’s Furlong will get the perfect setup from her inside post and make one late run down the lane, if the speed folds she could pop. 1

Race 6

No. 4 Mon’s the Man would have crushed this bunch at one time but who knows now with the long layoff and big drop in class, he does show some nice workouts so all must not be gone. No. 1 Slew the Dew just broke his maiden but has some talent and his trainer looks to have him spotted for action. No. 2 Alley K’Kats just broke his maiden and gets Baze, No. 8 Its Happy Hour is a steady sort and he just broke his maiden. 1-2-4-8
