Brown +6 at Yale (134)
Sometimes dealing with lesser hyped leagues can provide value in the line and we may have that situation here. Yale and Brown each own 6-9 records but the host Bulldogs appear the better team on paper. The Bulldogs have won four in a row, including a 70-62 win at Brown the last time out as a 3-point underdog. Also, in nonconference play Yale beat Oregon State by 1, lost to Alabama by 3 and lost to Stanford by 8.
Brown took its lumps against some of the big boys, losing by 24 to Virginia, by 11 to Northwestern and 24 to Providence. The line moved from 5 to 6, which seems the right direction. Frankly, we are surprised it isn’t higher. Take the hot team with the better track record. YALE.
