Indiana State +15 at Creighton (132)

Like last night when we nailed 6-point underdog Citadel as a 25-point upset winner over Samford in Southern Conference play, we see another team with value in an underpublicized league. From a record standpoint, it seems a blowout – a 4-16 Indiana State facing 15-6 Creighton. But two of the wins for the visiting Sycamores came against the top team in the Missouri Valley Conference (Illinois State) and third best team (Northern Iowa). Now the opponent is Creighton, the second best team.

As for the host Blue Jays, they are just 3-3 in conference play including losses to both Illinois State and Northern Iowa, In fact, Creighton lost to Illinois State by 22 points. In eight MVC games, Indiana State has been within +15 all but once – a 69-50 loss to Drake. The Sycamores have proven in league play to get up for the best teams and we don’t see Creighton being able to win by margin here. INDIANA STATE.
