They say the best way to learn is through hands-on experience, and it especially applies to poker. With so much interest in tournament poker, GamingToday this week kicks off a new feature in which actual hands from past tournaments such as the World Series and World Poker Tour are analyzed by poker pro and WSOP bracelet winner Joe Awada. Unlike limit and cash games, tournament poker requires a different mindset since one mistake can be catastrophic.

The poker hand analyzer will provide insights into how to play hands and why. The outcome, like anything with poker, may not always be the right one. But knowing the right moves is crucial to long-term success.
