Boyd Gaming Corp. (BYD) will report quarterly fiscal results on Thursday, Feb. 26 at 9 a.m. PST.

Shuffle Master Inc. (SHFL) announced its board of directors has authorized the granting of 300,000 stock options to Timothy J. Parrott, the company’s new CEO. The exercise price of each share is $3.53.

Vernon Niven plans to leave his post as executive vice president of Churchill Downs Inc. (CHDN) in June, following the running of the Triple Crown races.

Frank Catania, a principal in the Catania Consulting Group, has been appointed to the board of directors of Nevada Gold & Casinos Inc. (UWN).

Massachusetts is expected to delay debate on the matter of casinos or racinos until later in the year after the state’s budget has been approved.
