Today at Palace Station there will be another big giveaway and if you were there for the first one you do not want to miss the second time. For every $20 bet on the ponies you will bet a drawing ticket for a shot at free rooms, food, shows and much much more. Drawings will be after every race at Santa Anita.

SANTA ANITA

Race 1

Just six lined up in race one and trainer Richard Mandella has two, No. 2 Deacon’s Cat and No. 4 Goldroad both have a very good work, Goldroad will be the one to catch. 2-4

Race 2

Let’s use the same tactics this race and use both of the John Sadler entries, No. 4 Pat The Cool Cat who has won three of six at this distance on the grass and No. 10 Bachelorette One who drops into an action spot. 4-10

Another six horse field we will deal with on this Saturday card, No. 3 Funny Me has his claiming price cut in half by Mitchell but do not fear as Mike is not afraid to drop and win, No. 4 C.T. Zee will have a pace advantage, if he gets loose he will be hard to run down. 3-4

The GR 2 San Carlos offers up just another six horse field, No. 2 Halo Najib had his race over the track and looks ready for a smasher, No. 5 Georgie Boy has won five of 10 lifetime starts and likes this 7 furlong distance. 2-5

No. 9 Taco Willy is an old pro and will get a good pace to run at, No. 10 Intermission is a lightly race 4yo gelding who won his only start on the grass. 9-10

No. 3 Bel Air Sizzle will get some big time speed to put in his late run, Gomez will be far back but look for him to make one of his big late wide runs down the lane. No. 7 Tiz A Blend has won three of five on this turf course and has two wins and a second from three starts at this distance. No. 8 Onebadkitty never puts in a bad effort. 3-7-8
