SANTA ANITA

BENEZIT: Just blitzed a crew of 32K maiden claimers and was claimed by top owner Paul Reddam and Doug O’Neill’s brother Dennis, Doug will train so look for this guy to show up in one of those claim proof starter allowance races.

NOBLETY: Just popped at 25-1 after having a wide trip the entire 6½ furlong distance. Look for this guy to come back and run another big race.

MORE THAN MUSIC: Was getting her first start for trainer Kathy Walsh and looked very good in this spot. Jockey Gomez had this girl far back after a slow start and gave her no chance to win. Maybe next time with a different rider.

EXCESSIVE BLEND: First-time starter out of the Carla Gaines barn was bet like a good thing. She broke slow, was taken to the inside, split horses on the turn pulled clear under a few taps of the whip to win as much the best. $$$

MACDUFF: Was going a mile on the grass, but jockey had this guy so far back he was in another galaxy. Made a big late run finishing fourth, losing by less than two lengths.

LEASE OF LIFE: Broke slow and was far back. He did make a big four-wide run into the stretch and was flying in just coming up short. Look for a jockey change on this guy next time out and a trip to the winner’s circle.

LEAVENWORTH: First-time starter out of the Jeff Mullins barn went straight to the front and never looked back in crushing the .50 cents on the dollar chalk.

VAN BRIT: Was a top release here on our website and our followers were rewarded with a $20.40 payoff. This girl is in top form and could get the hat trick.

DANA DYNAMO: Broke slow from his rail post and was caught down on the inside and got in trouble and had to be steadied, he did run on nicely for the place, if he gets an outside post for his next start go to the window and bet.

PISTOL PETE AFLEET: Threw his head and hopped in what was a very awkward start. He was bumped and took back, but somehow got going into the stretch and ran them down late for the win. A top notch performance.

RENEGADE STORM: Ran big off the layoff, but was a bit eager and was pulling his jock out of the saddle. Next time out could be the money run.

GOLDEN GATE FIELDS

BABY LET IT ROLL: Rallied four wide on the second turn and reached the front in midstretch. He was bumped in deep stretch and tried to jump the tire tracks, but held for the win.

SUSHIWOOD: Comebacker took a ton of cash at the betting windows and ran big, but just could not run down the chalk. He will be hard to beat in his next start.

DYNAMATIC: Was exiting our HTW list and was dead last in this field of 11 going 6 furlongs. He was last until the top of the stretch when unleashing a monster rally from the extreme outside. Just missed finishing fourth by a nose and third by less than a length, but was by everyone past the wire. Keep this guy on your watch list. He is ready for a trip to the winner’s circle.
