A lumberyard for a toothpick? That’s what GamingToday Publisher Chuck Di Rocco offered readers of his Heard on the Strip column in the current issue. His reference was to International Lottery & Totalizator (ITSI), and its prospects of being heavily involved in the Chinese Lottery.

ITSI closed on Monday at 77 cents/share before its skyrocketing ride to $1.24 at the close of trading today, a 61 percent increase in a very heavy volume of 233,000 shares.
