Michael Gaughan’s South Point casino will take over operation of the race and sports books in the Cannery, Eastside Cannery and Rampart Casinos, GamingToday has learned today.
South Point’s director of race and sports, Bert Osborne, will become the line-maker for the Cannery casinos, and all race and sports operations will be directed from the South Point.

The deal will need Nevada Gaming Commission approval.
