GOLDEN GATE FIELDS

Race 4 -- #6 Miss High Society - Had been in training at Turf Paradise for high end trainer Molly Pearson, who brought this girl here to get the money. She had two lengths down the lane at 9-1 but barely got caught by the odds-on winner losing the bob.

Race 7 -- #7 Sand Harbour - Ran a huge race despite being very wide the entire trip. He somehow rallied and won going away in an amazing effort.

Race 8 -- #6 Smiling Tiger - This was a race that you had to see to believe. 2yo maiden going 4 furlongs, Tiger was a first time starter who they were just unloading on in all the picks and betting him on the win end. He was just going nuts in the post parade and threw his jock two times before running him down. The jockey got back on and all of us sitting there could not believe they were going to let him run. They did and he blitzed them by six lengths. Very scary stuff.

Race 8 -- #9 Erins Cajun - First time starter had a ton of early trouble, but stormed home to win going away. Has the looks of a good one for Mason.

Race 9 -- #5 Crayon Red - I was all over this guy at 10-1, but he got blocked when down on the inside. He was steadied hard, turned sideways and recovered. Looked to be making a winning run, but lost some of his punch from his early trouble. This guy will be hard to beat in his next start. $$$$$
