NOTE: Jockey R Bejarano was injured in a spill yesterday and will be off all his mounts and will not return until late in the Del Mar meet.

Race 1

No. 1 Flashover is four for seven lifetime and two for two sprinting on the grass, beat her to win. No. 4 Schill is seven for 21 lifetime and has hit the board in eight of 10 on the grass and jockey Bejarano gets back in the irons and he has won with Schill the last two times he rode her. 1-4

Key Play

$10 Q 1-4 for $10

Race 2

No. 2 Imperatriz took some action for trainer Avila in her first start, jockey Omar Berrio is back and riding and at one time this combo of Berrio/Avila could pop with some nice winners at Del Mar, keep an eye open for these two. No. 7 Miss Heather Lee gets a big jockey upgrade. 2-7

Key Play

$2 double

1st 1-4

2nd 2-7 for $8

Race 3

No. 2 On Fire is just one for 17 but has the right style and gets the bug boy which just may do the trick. No. 4 Top Biker broke his maiden at this 1 1/16 distance, Gomez sticks and trainer Mitchell looks to have this one spotted for action. No. 6 Pointed Home gets a double jump in class by O’Neill and he hits at about 30% up two classes. 1-4-6

Key Play

$2 exacta box 1-4-6 for $12

$4 Q 6 with 1-4 for $8

$10 win and place 6 for $20

Race 4

No. 4 Pico Pico is sired by Pico Central who is hitting at around 20% with his first time starters. No. 5 Saarface will find no Zip Quik’s in this race and will show more speed on the drop. No. 6 Amore Di Aleyna exits the same race as Saarface. 4-5-6

Key Play

$2 exacta box 4-5-6 for $12

$1 pick four

1st 1-7

2nd 2-7

3rd 6

4th 4-5-6 for $12

Race 5

No. 1 Curvey Star will sit and make one run, No. 2 Dine At Dine will be the only speed and just may not stop today, No. 3 Flower Fusion looks live on the comeback. 1-2-3

Race 6

No. 4 Uncle Jeep looks best once again but has been a real money burner and most likely will be another short price. No. 7 Form A Posse will try and pull the upset as he ran very good on this track last year as a 2yo. 4-7

Race 7

No. 2 Street Royale can run all day and will be able to get this 1 3/8 distance on the grass, No. 8 Master Daniel will be stalking the speed of No. 9 Kris Siler who could go all the way on the front end if able to take a breather. 2-8-9

Race 8

No. 4 Domestic Brew just sticks out as a horse ready to graduate, he is lightly raced, goes from turf to dirt and his 7 furlong race one back would win this race. 4

Key Play

$1 pick four

5th 1-2-3

6th 4-7

7th 2-8-8

8th 4 for $18

$20 win and place 4 for $40 (make this play only if your pick four is not live).
