Race 1

No. 1 No Caps No Floors never ran a step in start #1 despite taking some good action, he drops today and the hustling Pedroza takes his shot. No. 8 Eisenheim continues his descent and may have finally found his friends. 1-8

Race 2

No. 1 Insider came to life on the grass and gets his first start for Mike Mitchell after a nice maiden breaker at Churchill Downs and Gomez says he will ride. No. 7 Scorpion Time looks like the main danger. 1-7

Race 3

No. 2 Transpotting took a little break after winning two in a row at Hollywood both with Rosario in the irons, Rosario is back aboard so look for another big effort. The way the race may play out it could set up for No. 7 Tap Tap I Win who broke is maiden on this course last year. 2-7

Race 4

No. 3 Foxy Bailey is another who ships in from Churchill for Mike Mitchell and owner Zayat, No. 9 Forty Dates gets off the grass and Gomez back on and that could add up to a trip to the winners circle. 3-9

Race 5

There is some big speed sign on for this 1 1/16 turf route, No. 1 You Lift Me Up just may sit right off a hot pace and pounce down the lane. Trainer Sadler has two entered the speedy No. 6 Dawn Before Dawn and the closer No.9 Royal Taat who gets his second start off the layoff and looks set for a big time effort. No. 2 Gloria Goodbody is in from Kentucky for trainer John Glenney who comes here with a few every year and pops with one or two, jockey Court is also in town for the ride. 1-2-6-9

Race 6

No. 1 Softly Singing is a first time starter that shows a big time 6 furlong work on July 17 and a real nice get ready to roll work here at Del Mar July 22, this 2yo filly looks ready to romp. No. 8 Misinjennuous also shows a good 6 furlong work. 1-8

Race 7

No. 2 Wilma Rules looks set for a big race and she ran well on this course last year. No. 4 Gold Goddess is stuck in second gear but could change that today. No. 6 Woman Warrior and No. 9 Amina also look to have a shot in this race. 2**-4-6-9

Race 8

No. 4 Crafty Power says come and catch me to win. No. 8 Mr. Wolverine and No. 10 Unusual Suspect will both be motoring down the stretch. 4-8-10

Race 9

No. 4 Elusive Chief was eliminated at the start in his last and will go much better today with a clean break. No. 6 Low Gear Power gets his first start of the Mike Mitchell claim. 4-6
