Race 1

No. 1 Dona Amelia may wake up today as she is stretched out to a flat mile, No. 2 Unusual Doll won at this distance here on Aug. 12 and gets her first start off the Donald Warren claim and he is having a great meet. No. 4 Lullabytime gets off the grass and looks spotted for action. No. 6 Dance With Tigers was a half length behind Unusual Doll last time out. 1-2-4-6

Race 2

No. 1 Tamerin looked good winning on this five furlong turf course on Aug. 15 and will be hard to beat. 1

Key Play

$5 double

1st 1-2-4-6

Race 3

On paper no one can win this race but we will take a shot with No. 5 Camisado who at least has a good record at this distance and No. 6 Fight On who will be out winging. 5-6

Race 4

If none of the first time starters are runners (watch the board for action) this one will come down to No. 1 The Whammer, who drops into a maiden claimer for the first time and No. 4 Launch The Bull, who looks to be sitting on the maiden breaker. 1-4

Race 5

No. 3 Cinnamon Dove drops in class and goes from turf to synthetic, a move that could get her into the winner’s circle. No. 6 Moon O’Er Cashel just did miss here on Aug. 5, she gets her third start off the layoff. No. 8 Wada Falls was eliminated at the start in her last and will go much better today with a clean break. 3-6-8

5th 3-6-8 for $12

Race 6

We will take a shot at the dime super in this race using No.1 Scare Package, No. 7 Ur Turn Dubai, No. 8 Forthreeforeuclid, No. 11 Dust In Your Face and No. 12 Buyer’s Remorse. 1-7-8-11-12

Key Play

$2 exacta box 1-2-4 for $12

$1 tri box 1-2-4 for $6

Race 8

No. 3 La Nez and No. 5 Really Gone Wild will both be sitting off a very hot pace and could find themselves in the driver’s seat coming down the stretch. 3-5

Race 9

No. 2 Good Newsman exits our HTW list; he had a lousy trip in his last start and could rebound in a big way today at what will be a good price. No. 3 Jamieson has some speed and has run two big races from four lifetime starts, No. 4 Hotsie could pounce if the speed backs up and No. 8 Bonkersforbinkers will be the one to fear late. 2-3-4-8

Key Play

$1 pick three

7th 1-2-4

8th 3-5
