Bankrupt Magna Entertainment Corp. (MECA) has been busy lately selling off some of its racetrack holdings in order to satisfy debt obligations.

So far, bankruptcy court has approved the sale of Thistledown in Cleveland, Ohio, to Harrah’s Entertainment Inc. and Remington Park in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to a subsidiary of the Chickasaw Indian Nation.

The Chickasaws also have made a bid for another Magna holding, Lone Star Park in Texas.

Still scheduled for sale is the pride of southern California, Santa Anita Park.
