College football:

Missouri -7 at Nevada: Nevada might be overmatched in this contest. Last year, these teams met in Columbia and the Tigers scored on their first 10 possessions en route to a 69-17 shellacking of the Wolf Pack. In that game, Mizzou compiled over 650 yards of offense versus about 360 for Nevada. While the make-up of the teams have changed slightly since a year ago, it won’t be enough to close the talent gap. Also, from a scheduling standpoint, Nevada has its in-state rival UNLV on deck, while Missouri has a bye week and would nothing more than to begin conference play at 4-0. Another note: Nevada is 4-0 versus the Big 12, and 1-4 versus BCS teams at home. This looks like a good spot for the Tigers to win going away. Missouri -7
