Major League Baseball:

New York Yankees -125 at L.A. Angels: The Angels showed plenty of grit in their walk-off win against the mighty Yankees yesterday, and it could give them the spark they needed to get back into their best-of-seven series with New York. Facing the daunting possibility of falling behind 0-3 to the Yankees, Los Angeles came up with a back-up catcher, Jeff Mathis, to save the day with his last-inning heroics – the third time in the series Mathis came through with a late-inning extra base hit. Tonight (4:30 p.m. local time), the Yanks send out C.C. Sabathia on three-days rest. The Yankee ace was dominant against the Angels in Game 1. However, three days might not be enough for Sabathia, nor any pitcher, for that matter. The Angels this season are 12-2 as a home underdog in this price range, while the Yankees are a lackluster 13-13 when a favorite of -125 or less on the road. There could be a momentum shift here that favors the Angels, both tonight and beyond. Los Angeles Angels +120
