Peccole Nevada — the so-called ”˜stalking horse’ bidder in the Regent Las Vegas’ bankruptcy case — has withdrawn its offer to purchase the Summerlin hotel-casino.

Peccole’s $150 million offer was to have been the Regent’s stalking horse bid — the one other bidders would have to top.

The bankruptcy court has set a hearing for July 12 to consider other offers, as well as a possible re-submission from Peccole Nevada and its partner, Heller Financial.
