Monday Night Football:

Baltimore Ravens -10½ at Cleveland Browns: Everyone seems to be loading up on the Ravens, which according to one sports book operator, has garnered 95 percent of the public action. Of course, a lot of the money was "teaser" money, in which the line was teased down to about -5. Yet, you have to look at the home underdog in this spot. All the stars are against Cleveland, including their pitiful scoring record: The Browns have scored an offensive touchdown in only four of its eight games; and five times they’ve been held under 10 points. With those numbers, the point-spread should be Ravnes -22. But it’s not. Expect a big effort from the Browns tonight and, against the porous Ravens defense, they’ll score enough to help push the total over the posted 39. They may not win, but they’ll trade scores with Baltimore, at least for awhile. Cleveland +10½ and OVER the total of 39.
