College football:

Ball State at Western Michigan -11: A team like the Broncos shouldn’t be laying double digits, but because it’s Ball State, we’ll make an exception. The Cardinals (1-10) are suffering through a miserable season after playing for the MAC championship last year. Their problem has been scoring; their offense is ranked 111th out of 120 teams, and they’re scoring less than 19 points a game. The Broncos have started to play defense, albeit this late in the season, and it appears Ball State is ready to call it a season – they were demolished in their final home game, 35-3, by Central Michigan. Western Michigan is no Central, but they should score enough to win by a margin. Western Michigan -11
