Bally Gaming and Systems, a developer of slots, video machines and casino management software for the global gaming industry, announced last week that the Betty Boop-themed wide-area progressive system produced three instant-jackpot winners in a span of 35 hours.
Charlotte Pilikian of Middle Island, N.Y., hit the first jackpot of $264,385.50 at 12:12 p.m. Friday at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Conn. on a quarter “Roaring 20s” game, one of nine distinct game versions in the Betty Boop’s Big Hit series.
At 5:52 p.m. on Friday, Cyra Slater of Palm Desert, Calif., hit the second jackpot of $102,296.78 on a quarter “Roaring 20s” game at Fantasy Springs Casino in Indio, Calif. A lucky player who does not want to be identified hit the third jackpot of $112,488.82 on Saturday at 11:15 p.m. on a dollar “Born to Boop” game at Casino Morongo in Cabazon, Calif.
The payouts marked the 59th, 60th, and the 61st time the Betty Boop progressive jackpot has hit nationally. The Betty Boop slots have now produced a total of $16,169,867 in top awards paid instantly to lucky players.
In addition to the national Native American link that includes Connecticut and California, statewide links in Nevada and Mississippi and one in Atlantic City offer separate Betty Boop’s Big Hit wide-area progressive systems.
Betty Boop’s Big Hit, the latest in entertaining, high-jackpot games on Bally Gaming’s Thrillions wide-area progressive system, offers a $100,000 initial jackpot that increases in relationship to player wagering. The game is designed to produce frequent jackpots and immediate payment to winners.
The first series of Betty Boop games are co-branded with Bally Gaming’s most popular games, including Blazing 7s and Roaring 20s. Betty Boop’s Big Hit also features Bally Gaming’s unique multi-denomination feature that enables games of different denomination to contribute to and compete for a common jackpot.
