Players at The Rio have shot at new Mercedes

The Total Rewards Giveaway 2001 takes place every Sunday through Friday at the Rio Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. Twice-a-day drawings take place at 3:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the Masquerade Village stage with three winners at each session taking home an assortment of cash and prizes.

All winners are also entered in the quarterly drawings for a chance to win a 2001 Mercedes SLK Kompressor or a Yamaha Wave runner, as well as in the Harrah’s Total Rewards Giveaway national finals drawing where the winner walks away with a cool $100,000 cash. Receive one free entry per day by presenting your Total Rewards card at any Rio box office. Additional entries are awarded for every 10 Reward credits earned (extra entries available for Gold, Platinum and Diamond level club members), dining at Rio restaurants, $50 Race & Sports Book wager, Rio Logo gift shop purchases, and riding in the Masquerade Show in the Sky.

At the Barbary Coast, all 100-coin jackpot winners qualify for a chance to be selected to spin the cash wheel on Wednesdays for prizes averaging $250. And, all service gaming industry employees earn triple points every Monday, Wednesday and Friday through August 31 from midnight to noon. Just present your work card at the Fun Club booth.

Main Street Station, downtown, gives you a chance to win a 2001 Mustang Convertible, roundtrip airfare for two to Hawaii, or up to $7,000 in cash in their “Great Escape II” giveaway. Collect tickets all month for the big drawing to be held at 7 p.m. on July 28, where one winner receives $2,000 and another winner the trip. In an interesting twist, if the lucky Mustang winner is not present, a $5,000 check will be sent to his home and another winner will be selected. If that winner is not there, another $5,000 prize is mailed home”¦and so on. When a winner is selected who is in attendance at the drawing, he or she drives home in the Mustang!
