CASINO EXEC SEES RESURGENCE IN GULF COAST

The economy in the Gulf coast region has been stagnate for the last few years, but Bernie Burkholder, CEO of Treasure Bay Casino, sees some light at the end of the tunnel.

Burkholder told a local paper that the stagnation was expected due to the maturity of the market. He also stated that it’s important for each casino to carve out their niche in the market, because competition is so stiff.

Burkholder stated that once the consolidation was fully incorporated the econmy would soon begin to grow again.
