In a bankruptcy court hearing Tuesday, National Airlines received another letter of credit extension from backer, Harrah’s Entertainment.

The extension will allow the carrier to keep operating at least through mid October.

National founder and CEO Mike Conway said the company plans to file a restructuring plan in October, based on financial support from “aerospace-related entities.”
