Lennox Lewis regained the world heavyweight championship with a devastating fourth round knockout of Hasim Rahman as a $2.50 favorite at Mandalay Bay.

Lewis proved that his knockout loss last April to Rahman was a fluke. The British resident controlled the fight from the outset and sent Rahman to the canvas with a right hand flush to the face.

Rahman was a $1.90 underdog at Stardust and Wild Wild West and down to $2.10 from $2.30 at midweek at Mandalay Bay.

The fourth round KO was listed at 8-1 at The Palms race and sports book. Next up for Lewis is a possible megabucks matchup with Mike Tyson in April.
