Stations’ favorite son is moving up up up!

The latest buzz at Palace Station is that Micah Roberts has landed the position of Director of Race and Sports and will be working directly under Vice President Art Manteris as the director of satellite operations for all the Station sports books.

Congratulations, Micah!

Actually, it couldn’t happen to a worthier man. Micah has been a dedicated Stations team player for several years, ever since he broke in at the Wild Wild West. From there, Micah was promoted to the manager’s position at Santa Fe Station. Micah attributes much of his success to Terry Downey, who originally brought him into the business. Sometimes those moves pay off!

Taking Micah’s old post at the Santa Fe is Rick Miller, who was brought in from the Las Vegas Hilton. Other moves at Station include Kelly Downey assuming the new manager’s position at Green Valley Ranch Station, which is scheduled to open Dec. 18. And, taking Kelly’s old job at the Fiesta will be Bert Cirincione.
