The Venetian will no longer be simply an extravant Las Vegas hotel-casino. Try, computer game giant.
The hotel has licensed a suite of computer casino games from a California company and plans to launch a computer game based after the Las Vegas property by January of next year, according to a Las Vegas Sun report.
"This is another way to build the Venetian brand and experience," said Christopher Stacey, the hotel's Internet marketing director.
The game will be sold in the Grand Canal Shoppes, guest rooms and over the Internet site, according to Stacey. Talks are under way to sell the game through independent retailers.
