Mikohn Gaming Corp. has settled its claims against gaming control system developer Safegames over licensing rights, according to a .

The subject of the lawsuit was the Safe Jack device. Mikohn sued Safegames on Nov. 20 to stop from terminating the marketing of the game, which gained Safegames more than $3.3 million in advance royalties.

Safegames had accused Mikohn of failing to manufacture and deliver the device over the past three years. The company wanted to recover at least $24 million in damages.
